Drag, Drop & Re-Order Feature for builds, tier list etc.

As I guide creator it would be super helpful to be able to drag and drop items around, basically being able to re-order them once things need to be moved around without having to delete all the items and place them in again in the order I need.

this module should have the ability to move champions around. Because now to do this you need to delete everything else and start over if you want to have an order of importance

Mega added: I saw that the modules can be moved up and down, but I can't move the teams within a module or the characters. If I want to change the order or I make a mistake in the first character that I add, I have to delete everything.
